"The ambience is really amazing. I love the place! But I was quite not satisfied with the customer service. The staff don't give an approachable vibes.Also, you can hear the noise from the other rooms. It's quite annoying especially if the guests are so noisy. They offer food but it's so expensive and you can't opt for a delivery since they will charge you a hundred peso corkage fee. It is also far from the shops (laundry, convenience store etc.) But all in all, I enjoyed the place because of...

"Very attentive Staff, courteous and helpful. The room we stayed is worth it, with 2 double beds, very spacious, Strong AC and Strong WIFI. Foods from the restaurant is very good as well. They have free E-trike service just give tip as a courtesy if you’d like. We will definitely come back here for sure. -Nina Garcia&family (California)"
