"Front desk told me I can park where I left my car and I got a parking ticket from the city, the resort also charged me for parking. When I called them they did not do anything about it even though they told me I can park there and charged me for their parking spot. This place appears to be a resort that government gives out vouchers to, so more like a 3 star, I don’t recommend it, only plus is great location on water."

"Väldigt god mat, alltid två olika sorters fisk, kött och kyckling att välja mellan. Salladsbuffén var fantastiskt. Rummen var fräscha med skön säng. Personalen alltid trevlig och hjälpsam! Bra läge med havet alldeles intill hotellet, och 5 min promenad till Vodice centrum. Återkommer gärna till detta hotell igen."

"Loved having a balcony. The room was clean but no AC. It was difficult to check in. The webpage said check in till 10;00 pm. We were there at 7:30 p.m and couldn't find anyone to check us in our room. Tried to call the number listed but it was for the empty front desk. Was unable to call the emergency number. "Det är ett hotel som med små justeringar kunde få högre betyg. Lite bättre städning, lite trevligare personal och små justeringar i köket. Att inte ha tillgång till kranvatten bara för att kunna sälja dyra dricker till middag är inte acceptabelt. Långa köer till kaffet är också ett minus. I helheten var fru och jag nöjda men i vissa stunder väldigt besvikna. Bra lägge."

"Great location with parking. However, the resort is a little bit outdated. There’s no gym. Lots of mosquitoes. Pool is very cold. Breakfast buffets the same every day. Wi-Fi in the room is very poor. The one at the breakfast buffet is good otherwise very poor WiFi. "

"The arrival was very easy. We had a late plan to Zadar but we had transfer and late check in with the host. The apartment was over all much better than we expected. "This is a lovely little hotel. Our whole experience of staying at Hotel Heritage Tisno was fabulous. The staff were great, the hotel and room was really clean, the breakfast delicious, as was the food/wine in the restaurant. We stayed 3 nights and in one of the small rooms with the two single beds. The only suggestion is to add at least one more power point to the room. Other than that, our stay was faultless. We'll definitely look to stay here again when in Tisno."
