  • Welcome to Villa Cubismo, only 100 meters away from the sea with capacityto accommodate large groups or multiple families.Nine luxurious bedrooms come equipped with ensuite bathrooms, a separate seating area and some with in-room clawfoot bathtub. Modern and very spacious with elegant fixtures and timeless furnishings, sun filled rooms sparkle in the summer sun through floor to ceiling windows. Beamed wood vaulted ceilings, white walls covered with abstract art pieces, exposed stone craftsmanship and a flat screen TV are there toindulge you and set you up for a holidayyou've been anticipating.Three living unitscomprise the villa with a pool and a Jacuzzi in the middle. In the main house is an ample and luminous fully equippedkitchen and seven of the bedrooms. Two annexes offer a bedrooms each with its own bathroom.The outdoor seating area accommodates 18 guests. Pool table and table football are available for your enjoyment. Beaches, restaurants and markets are all steps away. Villa Cubismo is a sanctuary for those seeking comfort, convenience, luxury, quality times with loved ones and some of the best beaches the Adriatic has to offer. Welcome to island Pašman.
    In nine bedrooms eighteen adult guests are comfortably accommodated.
    Pašman is Croatia’s greenest Island that can be easily reached from Zadar and Biograd and is a home to beautiful pebble and sandy beaches. It offers lovely cycling and hiking for nature enthusiast. Unlike most tourist destinations Pašman does not have any hotels so you are sure to avoid crowdy beaches. Be sure to visit 14th-century Franciscan monastery.
    Fortransparency: please account for 1000 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the hostand returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Friendly pet is welcome upon request with an additonal 15 euro per night pet fee. Please no groups of under 25 years of age.

Brilliant service!

House was absolutely amazing! The pictures in listing do not make it justice. We were 18 ppl staying for a week and we had the best time. House is so big, every bedroom is almost its own apartment 😅 we were a little worried about convenience as on an island but it could not be easier, location is 10/10! Two min walk from ferry, stores, cafes and restaurants, even butcher, fish market and bakery. Pool is super nice and the back yard just so beautiful! The jacuzzi didn’t seems to work, but we didn’t look into it further as we had 25+ degrees every day and didn’t really need it 😅 The only thing we could complain about was that there were no blackout curtains in some of the rooms so the mornings were very bright. No big deal but might be with small children. Host was slow to respond beforehand but once we got to the house we met with wonderful Marijana who showed us the house, and she was so super lovely and helped us with tips and tricks for the island. Would 10/10 recommend 😊

Doporučuji. Nádherná vila. Prostorná. Úžasný bazén . Hned vedle obchod, restaurace a pekárna. Skvělá lokalita. Blízko písčitá pláž a v dojezdu i oblázkové pláže. Pašman v porovnání s jinými ostrovy neni ten nejkrásnější ale doporučuju zkoumat pláže v okolí a dát si výšlap na Pustograd. Krásný výhled i okolí. Hostitelka / provozovatel super. Uklízecí firma velmi milá a ochotná. Doporučili jsme jim hned při příjezdu a kontrole vily pravidelný servis opraváře, který si vila zaslouží - skříně dvířka utáhnout, baterii opravitv jedné z koupelen, revize vířivky atd. Při našem odjezdu přijeli i s opravářem, takže snaha vílu ještě vylepšit byla. Jinak nám nechali během týdne soukromí. Měli jsme krásný pobyt. Celkově super vila a prostředí. Bylo nás 8 dospělých a 7 děti a skvele misto k pobytu. Hned bych takovou vilu brala ;)

Schöner Urlaub mit kleinen Mankos

Ein schönes Objekt, allerdings mit vielen Kindern schwer aufzuteilen, da im Haupthaus 5 Schlafzimmer sind und in den Nebengebäuden 4 Schlafzimmer, welche nicht miteinander verbunden sind. (Wir waren 9 Erwachsene und 10 Kinder zw. 3 und 12) Frühere Urlauber haben Katzen angefüttert, welche mittlerweile fest dort auf dem Grundstück leben (ca. 6 Katzen und Kater) und leider auch in der Nähe der Poolliegen ihr Geschäft im Gebüsch verrichten. Sehr unangenehm! Sie sind zwar scheu, aber man muss immer auf geschlossene Türen achten und gesund sehen sie auch nicht aus. Die "Hausdame" welche uns das Haus übergeben hat, war täglich da zum Pool reinigen, hat uns ihre Telefonnummer gegeben und wenn es Probleme gab, hat sie sich sofort gekümmert (Wespennest in Poolnähe, fehlender Toaster, ect.). Auch eine Bootstour mit einem einheimischen Fischer um die Insel hat sie uns kurzfristig zu einem super Preis organisiert. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich wirklich ALLES was man braucht: im Nachbarhaus ein kleiner Supermarkt für das Grundlegendste, daneben eine Pizzeria, gegenüber tgl frisches Obst und Gemüse, eine Post, mit Wechselstube, einige Schritte weiter 2 größere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheke, Arzt, Restaurants, Eisdielen, Souvenirs ect. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub mit kleineren Mankos. Zu bedenken für Familien mit kleineren Kindern: im Außenbereich ist alles aus Naturstein-Stolper- und Rutschgefahr!
