"All of the staff at this property are wonderful and always at the ready to assist myself and other guests with any concern. Staff are constantly keeping the property clean and tidy. Loved the rooftop and exercise equipment. Look forward to another stay! "

"This is a lovely property, well but simply furnished. The location is very central, accessible to everything in Polanco! The fan didn't work, and without a cross breeze (even with windows open) the property was hot and stuffy during a very hot period in the city."

"The apartment was clean, up-to-date, and spacious. We enjoyed relaxing in the apartment and by the pool, and the location is great. The security staff at the Miyana building are very helpful and friendly. The administration staff at the desk, however, are not. Specifically, the condescending young woman with short hair was very rude. The check-in process was confusing, as we were awaiting information from Kukun, and there seemed to be no communication between Kukun and the building...

"Our stay at Kakun was exceptional! Nicholas met us during check in and showed us our apt and welcomed us. The apt itself was super trendy and well furnished. It is in a great and safe area that is walkable to many great restaurants and sites! Only complaint is that the walls are quite thin and you can easily hear outside. Overall great and would stay again!"

"The hotel is clean. The room has everything you need. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The window can be opened. The hotel was quite calm. Every day 2 small bottles of water were left in the room for free. There is a cafe on the ground floor. Breakfast is available for a fee. But there is a problem: the kitchen workers do not speak English and it is quite difficult to explain your order. In my opinion, it would be better to make a buffet where tourists can take what they want themselves and...
