"I went down with my family from the US to take my wife to Clinica Ruiz for a special medical treatment. The host was very kind and helpful during our stay and went and exchanged US dollars for us while we went out on a day trip. My wife will be there for a month for her treatment. My wife's mother will be staying at the clinic with her during that time.
