"The rooms were clean and comfortable. The area is awesome. Walking distance to multiple dining spots and the casino. The breakfast is about as good as it gets as far as options and quality. The elevator and 2 of the ice machines were broke. This is a new hotel so not sure why they were all broken."

"Both check in and check out were extremely pleasant experiences. I stayed for an event at Drake, and the location was right across the street from where I needed to be making this an excellent place. The room was clean, updated, very comfortable, and I was glad for the parking. I would definitely stay here again for any other trips to this part of town."

"Breakfast was great"

"Place was great besides the top sheets weren't changed."

"We had a wonderful stay at AmericInn by Wyndham Des Moines Airport! Everyone was so nice, respectful, and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean, and housekeeping did a great job throughout our stay. The location was convenient, close to the airport, with an airport shuttle available a great bonus! Thank you to the staff for making us feel welcome. We would happily stay here again!"

"It met all the expectations"

The full kitchen came in handy since many nights we were gone late and we left early mornings before breakfast was served. I called the front desk the day we left after we got home and they were willing to go above and beyond to help find something that we thought we had left behind but we ended up finding it, but service was second to...

"You get what you pay for… the room was not necessarily clean, had crayon on the wall, tub was dirty.housekeeping was only upon request because they’re only there in the morning?? So I had to request new towels the night before. “High-speed” internet did not work about 50% of the time. The hot tub was lukewarm. Overall- it worked for a cheap stay that I needed. But you’re definitely getting what you pay for."
