"I will start this review by saying that I believe the most disappointing thing about our stay was the amount of potential this house had. Before we even stayed at the house, we got a message a couple days before our stay saying “the hot tub was not working”. I responded saying “oh man. That’s one of the reasons we chose this place” and the response was “I know. I’m sorry.” That response was disappointing but I appreciated the heads up and figured the house would make up for it…LET ME SAY… we were so disappointed by how dirty the house was. Every where there was a carpet was covered in dirt and filth. There was barely any toilet paper in the bathrooms (about half a roll in each bathroom & there was six of us). The door to one of the rooms upstairs wouldn’t close/lock so it was difficult to have privacy while using the bathroom (because the 2 rooms were connected by the bathroom). The curtains in one of the bedrooms was touching the floor, covering the heater, and that seemed like a fire hazard to us but since it was FREEZING we had to try to make it work. The color schemes and the house itself were just beautiful. The hot tub that wasn’t working was gorgeous. But we couldn’t enjoy anything once we saw how dirty it was. The icing on the cake probably was when I sent a message of issues to the owner of the house and I got no response at all. I assume it was because we were leaving the next day, so it “didn’t matter” and that fact is very sad and unprofessional. "

"Such a wonderful trip to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday! We stayed in this house with 3 other families and there was plenty of space for all to sleep and cook/eat together. Kitchen had all the amenities, house was clean, and the deck was beautiful (with fire pit, table/chairs, and hot tub). Game room downstairs was great for kids of all ages!"

"Wow… what a gorgeous property! The house was perfect…a great size for a small family with or without pets. We thoroughly enjoyed the interior and especially the amazing lakefront view with lake access. The lake view is unobstructed by trees or brush. The owner did a great job of having a gorgeous yard with a fire pit and perfect lake views. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect vacation week. "
