Cedarwood is a 3,600 square foot, 3 level, 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom rustic lakefront retreat on 2 wooded acres, 200 feet of big deep water shoreline built for big families and friends to spread out and reconnect.

Inside you'll find an open living room with a cozy fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook, and a dinning area with views of the trees and water. The vibe is rustic charm with all the modern comforts of a North Georgia lake house.

- Fog friendly Lake Hartwell rental: Bring up to 3 dogs. We've provided bowls, sleeping pads, crates, dog run and a dog wash station so you don't have to stress.
- Fun when you're off the water: Challenge everyone to foosball, darts, corn hole and other games. gather around the firepit, grill on the deck, grab a puzzle or book from the library.
-Great Toccoa GA location: Close to Helen GA for tubing and shops, Clemson University. games, Tugaloo State Park, Toccoa Falls and Tallulah Gorge for waterfalls and hiking. Greenville/Spartanburg Airport is 80 miles.
- Nicely equipped gym with weight machine, free weights, bands, Peloton bike and Rogue Rowing machine.

House Rules
Check in after 4PM, check out by 11AM. Contactless check in and out. No parties or events please, and keep noise down after 10PM. Kids are welcome but need adult supervision - we have open staircases and direct lake access. Dogs must stay off neighbor's property and furniture. No jumping or diving from the upper dock due to changing water levels. Owner's boat is off limits. Use gym equipment at your own risk, children are not permitted to use or play with gym equipment.

Good to Know
All fees are included in the price except the $50 pet fee which is changed to guest that bring their pets - no hidden charges. Smoke detectors, fire extinguisher, first aid kit and deadbolt locks on site. Ring security cameras are located on exterior of house only. Service animals always welcome with no fees.
