Other than this, the service was fine, the location was quiet and had a short 3 minute walk to the train and bus stations. "Hotel Kuki had the nicest staff of any place I have ever stayed!!! The room was always clean! The elevator was fast and it was a convenient location in Kuki city Saitama!!! Would definitely stay there again! "

"ホテル自体が、古いので、全体的に設備も古いです。しかしながら、清掃が行き届いていて、清潔感があります。しかも日によってはかなりお得に泊まれます。 JRと東武の間にあるので、どちらにも行けます。まぁどちらも少し歩かなきゃ行けないんですけど。 最後にフロントの対応、電話での対応等とても丁寧親切で、気持ちがよかったです。"

"The facility is clean, close to Tochigi station and Kuranomachi Promenade river walk. I was assigned to the room next to the smoking room but the staff helped me to transfer to other room. "
