"Wonderful staff, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast buffet that features local specialities (meibutsu) such as Nikko yuba in the chawan mushi, miso soup, local greens, etc. Property and bathrooms are a bit dated but our room was clean and well-maintained. Had free bottled water in fridge, slippers ..."

Richmond Hotel Utsunomiya Ekimae Annex
"Fairly new Hotel. No dinning restaurant however hotel provides free snack for the first 100 guests 8 PM to 11 pm. Our snack was sashimi rice with hot soup and pickles. Hotel staff refer a Restaurant nearby. The restaurant was very good. The hotel breakfast was wonderful."

"Amazing care. We had so much help. Picked us up and dropped off at the station. Took Is to where we wanted to visit. Kept our luggage and provided us with breakfast. Simple but very comfortable accommodation with good access to everything we wanted to do. Thank you so much!"
