Chesterman on the Point - Beachfront

Rare, 3 bedroom beachfront home at the point between North & South Chesterman beaches. Large living spaces, incredible views, updated spacious kitchen and hot tub! Views of ocean and Frank Island. Direct beach access!

You will have the entire three bedroom home to yourself including the outdoor hot tub, shower and deck spaces.

There is an attached suite on the property with a family living there, you will not share any amenities other than the garbage and recycling space with them. Having a long term tenant on site is also District of Tofino Bylaw.

Chesterman Beach on the Point - Beachfront Home is managed by April and Jamie of Evergreen Co. Tofino, a boutique property management company.
They do not live on the property however they both live close by and will be available via message if any issue were to arise.

Chesterman Beach on the Point Beachfront Home are Tribal Park Allies as is Evergreen Co. Tofino.
1% of all revenue goes toward the Tla-o-qui-aht Tribal Parks in their efforts in local conservation and to restore cultural spaces/ programs.
By renting the house, you agree to being a respectful renter
- Treat the house with as if it were your own
- 1 dog maximum with $50 pet cleaning fee, must be advised at time of booking
- 6 people maximum as per Tofino bylaw
- Quiet time between 10pm - 8am. This is not a party house.
- Follow garbage, recycle, compost signs
- Clean up after yourself. Spill something? Wipe it up.
