This cozy 300sq ft private vacation suite which is located beneath the main house, offers a unique west coast setting with elegant wood finishing, as well as a one bedroom with a queen bed, a timber framed loft bed-Queen size, a cozy living space, a fully equipped kitchen and a three piece bathroom. Relax on the large private deck and take in the lush rainforest views, or take a short walk to Tonquin Beach, the Lighthouse Trail, or the local shops and restaurants. If you're staying during the peak season, don't miss the farmers market around the corner on the weekends! Please note: The boardwalk/ entrance to the suite and the stairs to the loft are very steep and not suitable for people with mobility limitations as well as young children.
The suite bedroom is located below the main home. Slight walking/movement can be heard from the upstairs tenant.

1 dog max (or 2 small dogs) after owner approval. $50 per pet fee (plus tax)

During peak summer season (June 15 - Sept 15), 3 night minimum and all bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps.

3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays

Strict Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am. This is a quiet neighborhood with many locals - please be respectful!

Accidental Damage Protection: The occasional accident is bound to happen during your holiday. The ADP covers accidental damages of up to $1000, provided damages are reported to Tofino Vacation Rentals before your check-out in writing. The ADP is a mandatory fee of $10 per night that is included in your nightly rate.

Cancellation Policy: We offer a 30 day cancellation policy from September through June and a 60 day policy from July through August. If you provide us with the 30 or 60 days required notice you will receive a full refund (minus a $73.50 non-refundable processing fee). If you cancel without the required days notice you will not receive a refund for your reservation.
