Then shuttle to airport is offered by large bus or it’s an easy taxi ride. Would stay again if flying in/out of Narita and had to do a night in Japan."

How is a person on crutches and their travel companion carrying 2 sets of luggage supposed navigate all those stairs to get to the other side of the tracks where the hotel is located ?
