I booked this hotel expecting basic amenities, especially a hot shower and a comfortable night’s sleep. Unfortunately, there was no hot water during my stay, making it impossible to shower. This completely defeated one of the main reasons I booked the hotel.
I informed the front desk, but the issue was not resolved in a timely manner, and there was no compensation offered. A functioning hot water system is a basic expectation for any hotel, and not having it significantly impacted my stay.

confusing check in on line and then despite having paid the £600 plus for 3 nights (a reasonable price for Horgen) we had to pay an outstanding bill of 3 pence, yes 3 pence not pounds before we could check in online. Food and breakfast good, exceptionally quiet despite a Swiss World Cup game going on in the bar below at 3am.
Great location by the station and in the centre - worth the extra for the lake view
