"This property is adequate following the pictures and description but be aware that it is an entire apartment building and the owner might shift you to a different room based on the size of your group.The only negative would be that cigarette smoke gets trapped in the building easily, so you may need to open the windows to vent the smell if it bothers you.The view from the roof is spectacular, and the city bus is about a five minute walk from the property. "私の推し岸さんのサインユニ、娘の推し銀次のサインユニが飾られた部屋に大興奮！！！ 日本一になったアノ想い出のシーンのスライドドアにも感動！！！ 3世代6名での利用だったのですが、それぞれ好きな場所で眠る事ができ良かったです BBQ設備が屋上にあり、開放的で非日常の景色にジジババも大喜び♪♪ トイレ鍵の不具合、階段の暗さ、1階から階段への段差が分かりにくい点の改善はお願いしたいです 大好きな楽天のホームが大きな窓から見渡せるのは幸せです 設備内容も分かったので、次回は食材を持ち込みめいっぱい愉しみたいです 試合開催日なら尚更サイコーですね！"

"After we found the room (do some research and read the instructions well) It was incredible! Their was a separated bed room with a whole wall picture of the coach being held up by the team on it, autographed balls on the wall... and access to the roof. If you do manage to book it when the Rakutan Eagles play you have a closed circuit TV to the stadium!!!! We were very pleased! Make sure to park in the paid parking (there is a ticket validator in the room)"

"We had a fantastic stay at this Ratuken property! The fit out of the projector in the bedroom, and the comfortable furniture make this a very comfortable stay for two. It would easily handle more people. It's a sizeable apartment. The private semi-outdoor onsen/bath with artificial minerals is a fantastic touch. Very relaxing! It's a short walk from town and there are convenience stores nearby. Highly recommended! "
