"Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed. Only downside was we were in the room right next to office and front side of hotel (1st floor) and it was kind of noisy with doors and people/voices outside and such. Otherwise great stay!"

"Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. That night they had a cookout for the the guests of the motel. Later they had a camp fire for anyone to sit by. Across the road was a path to walk to Lake Superior. It is an older motel but very well maintained. Our room was very clean. Enjoyed our stay."

"We stayed one night - Check in was quick - bed was so comfy and rooms were clean - breakfast was good. Staff was very nice. The surrounding area is convenient - lots of fast food choices, Walmart and dollar store, movie theater nearby beautiful views all around. We came in to visit the kid at MTU."

"There were many spiders and cob websites everywhere. The stove did not bake well and the rubber seal inside was dangling. Making a pizza that wasn't even baking, made the smoke detector go off. The pizza oven did not work. It was a convenient place for the area we had to be. Staff was super friendly."
