"First time in Hungary on business and room was comfortable and spacious. The room was clean, and the staff was the best most of all. We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. And no room cleaning - apparently you had to request it. Reception lady was so unfriendly and cold."
