Room smelled bad. Didn’t ask to change too tired. Breakfast buffet was good but 30% or so of the cost of the room. The staff other than the front desk was amazing. I don’t think I’ve had anyone so willing to go the extra mile.

Very few people spoke English. The room was very small for staying 3. nights. The bed was very uncomfortable The reception area was very good but the rest of the hotel could do with upgradeing.

3月に利用しましたが、部屋が暑くて、冷房付けてもよく効きませんでした。 ネットで口コミを見ると小窓を開けると良いと書いてあったので、開けたら涼しくなりました。 冷蔵庫のドアを開けようとしたら冷蔵庫が動いて開けづらかったです。 部屋全体は清潔でした。 フロント前に置いてあるウェルカムドリンクが嬉しかったです。 徳島に来た時は、また利用したいです。
