The hotel was probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in awhile. And the area was amazing. Right next to a train station to get wherever you need. A convenience store right next door plus several food options nearby for a light early morning breakfast or coffee. The area was also quiet which was pleasant. I also highly recommend exploring the area a bit nearby, I found several nice small restaurants to eat at that were good.

Perfect location!! Right next to a 7-Eleven, very close to the train station and located close to several very nice bakery's. No breakfast on site BUT the place (DOOROUT) is right around the corner and the breakfast sandwiches were excellent. Room was extremely clean and well thought out. Staff was outstanding. Highly recommend!!

Small very small but staff was helpful. Convenient and located across the street from the train station. Location is pretty far (35-60 mins) from all the main attractions in Tokyo, so be aware before booking.

APA Ayase is so convenient, close to Ayase station and convenient for trips into more week known parts of Tokyo. It’s also right next to a bigger 7-11. The staff are very professional, thanks for making my stay enjoyable
