This hotel is located conveniently near the train station, it was literally 5 minute walk away and there was great food places next to it. There was also a plenty of convenient stores and a Mc Donald’s close by to in just in case because the shops and local restaurants near by close pretty early. The staff were great and very friendly at check in and spoke great English. Our room was small as we expected but was clean and comfortable. The only issue was the AC was working very well but being able to open the window helped it. Fairly far from Disney and other places but if you don’t mind the train ride then it’s worth staying here. I would definitely stay again.

The beds are small, but it's to be expected in Tokyo. The breakfast was not to my standards, but I'm from America so I think it was just different than what I'm used to. Overall the hotel was great! Very clean & the staff was excellent!! We were trying to find a money exchange. One of the staff members literally came from behind the desk & walked us all the way to the building.

APA never disappoints to be honest. The staff were more than friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the proximity to the station make it a great place to stay. Only negative I have, is that I had what we could barely call pillows in the west.

The hotel was located a minute from the subway line which made getting around on the train easy. The hotel was nice, but the rooms were quite small unless you had a room with two beds. The pillows were very flat and did not have any structure inside of them for any kind of head support. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Japanese pillows are usually underwhelming but these were incredibly flat, so bring your own if you want more than 2 inches of pillow… otherwise a great stay in a super good location!

Will stay again!

Staff was very helpful and courteous even though my Japanese is not so good. I got the breakfast added to my stay and the Chef was also so genuinely kind, I was humbled. The location was also top notch! It wasn't on the busier streets but was still right next to the bus and train station.

Staff went above and beyond. Even helped us make a reservation for a restaurant because the website only accepted Japanese input. Also set up luggage transfer to another hotel that didn't hold luggage. Basically just made a lot of calls for us when we didn't ask. Rooms were tiny (just a double) but it was all we needed. Although if you are a big guy (6ft) might want to book a bigger room.

Very convenient location, clean and helpful front desk staff. The reason for my rating is due to a few different issues: wifi quality was poor (if you need a reliable connection for work bring a LAN cable), the pillows are thin, hard and uncomfortable (providing only one per person), amenities weren’t restocked properly for several days. In comparison to other Apa hotels, this one is lower quality.
