The property was close to the station and it was very clean. The entire hotel was very pleasant to be in and was close to all amenities needed (food, personal items, etc) Enjoyed the layout of the room and the little touches that APA has to make it known that you’re at their hotels. (Master controls at bedside, under bed lights, etc.) Will definitely be staying here again !

Convenient hotel and well-organized rooms

Convenient hotel location. Bedrooms and bathrooms are well organised, minimal in terms of surface, and very clean. Negative point: the breakfast is served at a different location. The choice is minimal and not exciting.

The service here was great! The room itself was smaller than what we thought, from pics we saw. Hotel info on TV was great, laundry machine availability, check out time. Close to Tokyo Metro stops and plenty places to eat within walking distance. Overall a pleasant stay.

Loved our stay here. Very impressed how well-thought out everything is to make our stay the most convenient with the amenities and how furniture is situated in the room. As with most rooms in Japan, it is tiny. But everything is placed in a way that makes sense and is most efficient. Additionally, cleanliness is top-notch. The staff here are so hospitable & helpful. This is our first stop in Japan, and we may have been spoiled by how seamlessly everything worked & how clean everything is here.

There is only one elevator for the entire hotel. You had to wait quite a while any time you used it. Did not like navigating all the cleaning (sheets, garbage, etc.) that is left out in the hallway for a large portion of the day.

One elevator for 15 floors is just a bad joke. Sometimes you would wait forever with many other people. Very annoying. Only one single washing machine is another bad joke. Also the breakfast is located in another house across the street (and it is not even good). I won't book this hotel again.

The room was clean and comfortable. There seemed to be a few hourly love hotel patrons of questionable intent both days we were there. How they check out at 2 p.m. and wearing mafia or yakuza tattoo art added to this concern. The elevator did not require a key card to stop at various floors, so all and sundry would pile in and get off at different stops. The hallways were very hot and the open-air end section did little to alleviate the heat, making it unbearable for staff and guests alike. The single elevator was insufficient for traffic in a 15 story hotel. And the single washing facility was also overworked and caused a backlog. The staff was lovely but no one was at the desk when guests were checking out the morning of August 7 for almost two hours. We would likely return to this property if the needs improvement items were fixed.
