Staff handled sending in our luggage and were super helpful with everything we wanted during our stay. Central location but not too central to be noisy. Lots of different bus and train stops all around within a few mins walk. Had a crazy time in Tokyo staying here. Wonderful small hidden restaurants nearby.

Nothing wrong with hotel, perfect quiet location, comfortable and clean. I’ve given a lower score due to the unhelpfulness of the staff. Booked two nights with Expedia and had a 3rd night booked via a tour company. We were told we had to check out after the 2nd night by 10am and couldn’t check in again until 3pm for our 3rd night.

Pros - Nice location (10-15 min walk from Akihabara, Asakubashi, and Bakuroyokoyama stations) - Friendly staff - Clean environment - Spacious room, by Tokyo standards, fits a few luggages plus a stroller with ease - Great breakfast - Coin laundry inside the premises - Hot and cold water available in the lobby, great for families with babies Cons - Limited washers in the laundry room, gets crowded in the evenings. - Provided slippers are black... making them difficult to find on a dark-colored floor Overall, an enjoyable stay.

Little things like the lounge, treat time, and easy access to laundry facilities. Even though the area is more business focused, it was nice to see there were activities for children like the origami, the library and the art postcards.

The room and bathroom was clean and a bit more spacious than is normal for Tokyo, only a bit dusty. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bedding was comfortable. The breakfast was okay, I liked the healthy options. Check in is very easy, and they help you with luggage forwarding too. Would book again and can recommend.
