방이 넓습니다. 빌라 1층 전체를 사용합니다. 성인 남자 4명이서 갔습니다. 테이블 의자에서 약간 냄새가 났고 위층 층간 소음이 다소 컸습니다. 하지만 가격을 고려하면 모두 용인이 되는 부분입니다. 신주쿠역에서 7분 거리에 이정도 사이즈의 방은 찾기 어렵지 싶습니다. 젊은 남자들끼리 가는 여행에 강추합니다.
