Pros: very clean. Very helpful staff. Toiletries and towels and lounge wear were provided daily. Very clean except for the fans in the capsules. The fans do not move air. The capsules looked way larger than in the photos- if you are 6ft tall you will just fit length wise. The biggest con if you’re jet lagged and need a mid day nap was that the pods were not accessible during cleaning hours (which makes sense since they’re in a communal space and cleaning is during the day). Still it was awesome as I was out and about in Tokyo so I just needed a place to crash every so often. TLDR: can’t beat it for the price.

Very pleasant stay in Ebisu, Tokyo. The location was particularly convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby neighborhoods. The accommodation was optimal, well organized, and comfortable. An excellent base for exploring Tokyo, which I highly recommend.

This place is perfect for anytime who's on an adventure the area is dope with a shrine down the street. The locals are cool and friendly and made me feel like I've lived there for a while.

The beds were very clean and staff were very polite and kind to foreigners. The 7-11 across the street was not as stocked as others, but the Lawson and Family Mart down the street weren't far and had better selection. It was very convenient to be right next to the station and had many food options nearby. It's great if you just need somewhere quiet to sleep.

Good place to stay in a nice area that’s quite close to the station. Would have liked more luggage space, as the storage room was quite narrow. Staff were helpful. Vending machines outside, konbini across the street, nice park down the road, good cafe nearby. Drunk dudes hissed at us outside, haha

This is an excellent location in Tokyo. Very near a major train hub and restaurants and bars. No frills - but the sauna is great! I’d come again.

Perfect location.

The location is perfect, the staff very helpful and friendly. There was a tiny bit of mold in the shower door, but it wasn't a big deal considering the weather was very humid.

I would recommend this capsule hotel for a single traveller on a budget. Very close to the train station, shopping, restaurant and night life.Downside is so many capsules in a room so you hear footsteps and the loud door from people coming in and out of the room.
