Extremely friendly staff and very quiet and clean. Great for couples or solo travelers. You are right next to major station and walking distance from so many great areas in Tokyo! Will stay here again!

This hotel was great. Really good price. Great location. No more than 10-15 minute walk from good food spots and the ueno train station. The restroom was a bit small. But im a big guy so nothing against the hotel. I would stay here again.

This hotel was located in a quiet area, not too far from the station and was a good base to travel to and from. In addition to this, there are many shops and restaurants only a few minutes away on foot. The staff are super friendly, attentive, very polite and available around the clock, should you need any assistance. The hotel, let alone the room was extremely clean and I felt the room we had was adequate for two people, I understand most rooms in hotels are quite compact, however we had no issues with space at all. Lastly, thank you to the staff at FL Hotel Asakusa. You have been amazing and I hope we get the opportunity to visit again.

Overall a nice hotel. First time I was able to open two suitcases in a hotel room in Tokyo. Nothing fancy but it has got everything one might need from a hotel.

Great service and communication. Was very accommodating even after, through fault of their own, they was a system mishap with Expedia, where a booking change was made and not registered in their system. However staff and FL Hotel made it so we didn't have to do any work on our part.

O hotel em si se encontra em um bairro residencial. Não é grande, o hotel em si aparenta pelas fotos ser maior, ao adentrar a propriedade pode-se perceber um lobby pequeníssimo com pouquíssimas comodidades. Deve-se apertar um botão para chamar os staffs, na qual costumam demorar entre 5-15 minutos. Elevador pequeníssimo, caso tenha mais de 3 malas precisa-se realizar 2 viagens. O silêncio da propriedade se dá em decorrência da vizinhança silenciosa — vulgo, cemitério. Quarto extremamente pequeno, com uma saída de emergência ao fundo em que não consta nas fotos. A janela para o tokyo tower é extremamente pequena e o serviço de quarto é realizado de 4 em 4 dias, informação em que não consta na descrição do serviço. Existe um armário em que não se abre e o banheiro costuma ter um mau cheiro caso as toalhas permaneçam dentro por 1 dia. Ademais, sair a noite aos arredores é uma experiência pois é um bairro extremamente residencial. Caso tenha sensação de claustrofobia, é possível sentir partes disso no quarto.

部屋、バスルームは狭い。 これはコストパフォーマンスを考えれば問題無い、とても良い事だ。 駅から離れているが、上野、浅草共に徒歩圏内で散歩に良い。

トイレ、および浴室が大変狭かった。あとは、駅から少し遠いこと。それ以外は何一つ不便がなかった。チェックアウトの説明もしてほしかった。

チェックイン前に荷物を預けたら、チェックイン時に荷物を部屋に運んでくれていました。助かりました！ 最寄り駅は稲荷町ですが、私は上野駅を利用しました。徒歩１５分ほどなので、稲荷町駅を利用するよりも便利かもしれません。 住宅街を歩きながら、スカリツリーを眺めて楽しかったです。また利用したいな。
