This hotel is in a great location in Ginza; easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Had a great corner room that came with thoughtful touches like the tote bag and guest drinks nightly in the lounge, Great value and nice service. Would stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located while not at the most crowded area, so it is relatively quiet. The only noise is from those loud cars, and can be heard since the noise isolation is not that great. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Overall an excellent stay.

Really great property and restaurant. Super clean- only downside is the very loud traffic noise and sirens at night. Some rooms are over a busy traffic tunnel which amplifies loud cars and motorcycles. Location is fantastic for main shopping areas, subway and getting around. Very close to Ginza 6 shopping mall

Beautiful, clean modern hotel with fantastic staff. Only complaint is that the lobby bar is only open from 7pm to 11pm. In all my years of travel, I have not seen a lobby bar that is staffed for coffee, but will not sell you a drink until after 7pm. We elected to spend our time and money at a neighboring hotel that has a normal bar for drinks before or after dinner.

The property is well maintained and I liked it for its central location. I didn’t have to walk far to find all the things I was looking for. From quality Senbei, to Shiseido honey cake soap, Goshugi Bukuro wedding envelopes to the best array of Bento Boxes at Mitsukoshi. I would stay there again.
