The room was small but just what we needed for just one night. The self-service kiosk is very handy, someone is also there to walk you through it.

-Staying at this place for 8 nights. We really loved the location as it is next to the Keikyu-Kamata station. -The room so far is not so big, but, it’s worth for the money that we have paid for. -The window is sound proof. We can take a rest and relax well. -Another good point was the way that the hotel paid attention on what guest requested. We did mention for the high floor requirement, and the hotel arranged the 9th floor for us.

Bad Experienced with Liveless Hotel

Front Staff so bad service and We cannot even just leave baggages whenever check-in or Check out. Staff cannot speak english and still speak japanese to us even not care how we coukd understand and seems she never welcome their customer. Please donot tell us your bad policies of hotel if YOU have service mind. Never Again.
