We had an excellent stay. I was with two kids (7 & 11) and they lived their first hotel in Tokyo. Really close to food options, and across the street to the Hanzōmon station - it was so easy to get around. Rooms were clean and the products offered in the room were great. Breakfast buffet was excellent. My kids are typically picky but they ate so well here. Furthermore, staff were super friendly and helpful!

Room is typical Japanese size; very scrumptious and delicious breakfast with sooo many Japanese and western dishes; air conditioning is provided; free masks and drinks upon check in; staff is nice and gave us a cute towel for the kids; close to imperial castle for tours; they also provide one day subway pass; they also receive our luggages without problems and helped us called a cab. It was very convenient!
