Located in the heart of the Ginza Shopping District, this is an area where everyone who visits Tokyo should explore. A 10 minute walk from the Main Train Station and an easy walk to the Fish Market. This clean hotel was value priced and a great place to stay.

Basic hotel in great convenient Ginza location. Staff was extremely helpful with everything we needed. By U.S. standards, rooms are very small with no closets. The wall between the bathroom and bedroom has a long translucent that was lets a lot of light into the room when somebody uses the bathroom in the middle of the night potentially waking others in the room.

We have stayed at Sunroute Shinjuku and Sunroute Ginza is not even close to Sunroute Shinjuku. Lobby is tiny. Carpet does not look very clean, especially the edges - lot of dust/dirt. One of the male staff at front desk is rude.Did not get his name but said he is from Myanmar. The rest of the staff are friendly and polite. Most like stay in Shinjuku Sunroute in the future.

Property is exceptional in their customer service and staff. Basic rooms are smaller and feel cramped when staying there, but that’s the only feedback worth mentioning. Everything else was superior and it’s a great location.

Convenient location to different mrt line. Lots of good foods in the vicinity. Lots of shopping malls within walking distances. Even though I booked superior room, I still find it very cramp and small. Highly recommended.

Really close to the train stations and Ginza shopping district. Didn’t have to walk too far after a day of shopping. Our room was very quiet and clean. Service was fast and reliable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was in a good area for shopping and dining, very close to Ginza Six. However, I felt that the room wasn't very clean, there was a lot of built up dust in the bathroom and on the bedframe as well as a stain on the carpet next to the bed. The cleaning service employees were very nice and greeted us in the hallway, but it seems like they didn't do much besides make the bed and change the towels.

10 min walk to Tokyo station. Get an Uber if you have lots of luggage. If not just walk. Small but clean room. Had three carry ons. Had to open one at a time but it was doable. The bathroom doesn’t have a vent so it gets foggy in there. The wallpaper seems to be peeling off the wall in the room because of that.

Good for a stopover in Tokyo

A relatively short half mile mostly straight mostly level walk from Tokyo Station. Nice neighborhood in Ginza. Exit the station by the highway bus stops and turn right. We had an overnight stay in Tokyo before continuing on to Izu. We stashed the big bags in coin lockers at the station and walked to our hotel. Front desk staff was very nice. Room was Tokyo size, so small, but clean. Breakfast was good with a variety of Japanese and Western dishes. Altogether an excellent place for an overnight stay in Tokyo.
