Well-run clean hotel, near to the Tokyo Tower and TeamLab. Easy access via the Roppangi-itchome Station, right out front. Some fairly good restaurants nearby. And the neighborhood was quiet for our visit. We were confused by the lights, though that may have more to do with jet lag than any design issue. We thought the rooms could use outlets closer to the beds. Very minor concerns really. The shower was terrific and the air conditioning worked very well.

Very comfortable room, we had the moderate twin. Nice area for a first time visit to Tokyo - train station at front door but very walkable and safe clean upscale area - walkable to Teamlabs and Tokyo Tower but really everywhere. Lots of cafes nearby for breakfast options too. Nice nighttime vibe also.
