Hotel is very close to the Asakusabashi station on the Sobu line. Lots of food and shops around and very close to several tourist destinations.

Rooms are well appointed given the smaller size (western perspective). Absolutely great staff. Did not partake of the in house food options as the 7/11 is across the street. Location is really good for transit. Good value for money. Only heads up is their one bed options are really for one person - not a couple to share - smallest room. They were able to accommodate a room move for us after one night to a twin room which was much better space for two. Not a criticism, just for information for couples travelling - one bed not the option you want.

The hotel is very near the Asakusabashi Station. Great hotel, especially for people with pets. Best of all was the friendly staff. We had a lot of fun and personal conversations. Would stay here again.

The staff spoke English very well and was excellent at assisting when necessary. The area around has plenty of options to eat at and it's nearby enough stations that you won't have to walk very far to anywhere.

This was my first trip to Japan and I want to thank the staff for their hospitality and kindness. The hotel was located next to a station. There is also a super market and 7/11 within walking distance. Overall I had a pleasant experience with this hotel and the staff was helpful, and friendly. Incredible stay at the ici hotel, super kind staff. Clean rooms especially for being dog friendly. Great Japanese breakfast. Love the location, the neighborhood is quiet but filled with local restaurants. Train station is 5 min walk away. I would absolutely stay here again, fabulous and cozy hotel!

A very special hotel (even dog friendly!)

An amazing Front Desk Crew! A réal Team working together for the satisfaction and comfort of the guests! We felt immediately “@Home”. We could leave our luggage safely until check-in time and after check -out. Very helpful with information and maps. The location is in a very convenient neighborhood! With lots of restaurants, supermarkets and convenient stores. There is a great TEA shop in the alley next door!
