Overall enjoyable time. Wasn’t aware it was an unmanned hotel and the signage to find the hotel was not adequate. We were walking around for a good amount of time trying to find it initially, and there is no direct number for the hotel. The location was great and close to the train station.

We really enjoyed our stay and the area surrounding our accommodation. The building even had a great bar and one of the best clothing stores around the area.

Fantastically maintained property. Great local access to train station, food and shops. Previous reviews noted noise complaints but we didn’t have any issues. Great place to stay with a family of 5!!

Fantastic stay, amazing areas with lots of thrifting and food options - and of course close to the station and only 20 mins total to Shibuya. Only drawback was the construction noises at earlier hours and late night groups making a bit of noise. Nothing too disruptive but notable.

Don't stay here if you want quiet

The apartment is Ok. It's not as nice as in the pictures and the carpet in the living room is very dirty and stained. There is barely any kitchen supplies so you can't really cook anything. The worst part of this apartment is that it is right above a live music venue where there is loud live music played until midnight. We experienced this multiple nights of our stay and while the hotel knows about it, they don't mention it in the listing which is very deceitful. They said there are earplugs in the apartment, which is a joke to offer as compensation for the whole apartment vibrating from the loud music all night long. Because of the music venue the elevator to your room is full of cigarette smoke which makes the hallway to the room smell like smoke too.
