The hotel staff was superb - helpful, polite, attentive, excellent! My room was a pleasure to stay in, immaculately cleaned daily. Location optimal, with a wide array of dining choices. Excellent in every way!

Although I only stayed one night, I enjoyed a classy hotel experience. The service was excellent, and did not disappoint. I was pleased that check-in was at 2PM and check-out was at 12PM, allowing for a relaxed stay. The breakfast buffet was also excellent.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel set a new standard for excellence. The staff were present and courteous, anticipating needs before they were ever voiced and making every interaction, even with the language barrier, feel welcoming. The property itself was immaculately clean and refined. Although the hotel has an “old world” feel, it has been beautifully maintained. We will definitely return to this hotel next time we are in Tokyo.

Staff are friendly and accommodating. Room clean and view very nice. Loved the robes PJs and slippers. Nadaman Japanese breakfast disappointing quality. Les Saissin breakfast, ambiance, service excellent.

Great staff close to imperial palace. It was always great to come back to the hotel after exploring Tokyo the water pressure in the shower melted away all the aches.
