It’s a GREAT hotel! The location is great, the facilities are great and the staff is GREAT! They are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We participated in a guided walk offered by the hotel to a nearby park where we got to enjoy the Cherry Blossoms. It was a great experience.

Room was clean and the location is prime for Shibuya. I never made it to the restaurant. I booked with the impression there was a bar but I never found it, but there is plenty of night life close by. I thought it was a nice place to stay and the staff was amazing.

Great place for a small family. We traveled with our two teenage boys and got the double room. It’s like a small apartment with two separate bedrooms. Very accessible to the shops in Shibuya (Parco Mall, Don Quixote) restaurants, shibuya crossing and metro, i highly recommend this hotel. Although the room is bit small, they have a kitchen and laundry room and a social room on the 2nd floor. The staff is very warm and i love that they gave Japanese treats on our 1st day.
