I had a great stay at Marunouchi Hotel. The location is perfect. It is right across Tokyo station and directly linked to the station from the basement. The room is really spacious. The tatami seating area in the room is a pleasant surprise. Every night before bed, we sat at the tatami, drinking tea & enjoying the city view. The breakfast buffet is good enough and the staff are very helpful.

I couldn’t have asked for anything more - it was an excellent choice I made, staying 3 nights at Marunouchi Hotel during my recent Tokyo visit. Its central location and them immediate surrounding facilities had made all my travels fairly efficient, being adjacent to the historical Tokyo Station.

Great location for a 1 night stay before leaving Tokyo. Very nicely appointed room with lovely shower area. Convenient to the rail station and great for going to the station for dinner - also a short walk to the Imperial Palace.

The warm hospitality of the staff is incredible. I asked them if they have a newspaper with ohtani in the front page when they won the world series and one of the staff running with a paper. Its amazing where they go extra and beyond their service. The garden is magnificent . Tokyo moon is amazing part of the attraction. We will definitely go back again. And highly recommend this place in Tokyo

One of the best hotels I have stayed. The staff!!! They smile and they are willing to help. Sorry I forgot her name… but she was so kind and professional to deal with my request for early checkin. Very speedy. Also when I had to go back to my room after checkout ( thought I forgot something but not), she smiled and just helped me. Very very impressed. Id definitely stay there again.

This is an awesome hotel in almost every possible way including in a most-convenient location. However, my wife found the in-room coffee to be awful. I didn’t try it so as far as I’m concerned, it was one of the finest hotels I’ve ever stayed in.
