the staff were awesome. unlike APA do not stay there that place sucks. we stayed in this hotel chain in okinawa too and it was great. good location and good amenities it has everything you’d need during your stay

Hotel was in a nice quiet neighbourhood that was within walking distance to transportation hubs and restaurants. The room was big enough for two people who needed their sleep and had big sized luggages. The staff were friendly and helpful with whatever we needed.

Cute hotel. Very small rooms but had nice amenities and delicious pastries for breakfast! The hotel had complimentary bottled water daily and hung fresh towels on your door every day! Very nice and helpful staff! Enjoyed my stay!

Graet location with easy access to the Metro and lots of Luup bikes nearby. The bed was very comfortable too. Standard small room size, as you would expect for Tokyo, but the two single beds option works great for two travellers. The complementary breakfast (coffee and small pastries) was a nice thing to have. I was particularly impressed with how helpful the staff were.

The hotel is well located, a couple of blocks from Z line and easy to connect everywhere. Staff is kind and helpful and even though the rooms are small (Tokyo size) are clean and the bed is comfy! You get your pijamas and toiletries.

Great location for accessing Tokyo subway. Honzomon itself is not too busy. I enjoyed navigating the local area on foot to access Imperial Palace and garden areas surrounding the moats. Rooms were compact but well organised.
