Excellent location - walking distance to major subway, train station, and tourist sites around Ueno. Staff is friendly and speak good English. Rooms are small but affordable, clean, and have good facilities.

受付フロントのカウンターに凹み（何かが当たって出来たような凹み）があり、 受付カードを記入するとき書き難かった。 部屋はベッドの手元スイッチで部屋の電灯がコントロール（せめてＯＮ、ＯＦＦくらい） できれば良かった。

冷氣機濾網清潔需注意

去年一個人也選擇這裡入住，其實地點和環境都很好，設備老舊但還算乾淨，但冷氣機的濾網之前就發現積了一層灰塵；相隔一年半後再入住，發現冷氣機的濾網還是沒清洗，只開送風，手機放在桌上一晚後上面就有不少灰塵，希望以後能多注意一下這部分的清潔。

宿泊の感想

部屋の設備等、宿泊費からみれば満足いくレベルでした。 扉はオートロック「（カード式）でしたがカードの磁気の問題かなにかで 必ず何回か抜き差ししないと開錠されない事がありました。 ベッドは低反発のマットが敷かれていて快適でした。

もしかしてだけど

どこのホテルもスタッフの方が挨拶してくれるけどここってなんか違う。 本当に歓迎してくれてるなって感じる。 おいらくらいのレベルになるとわかるけどフロントの子たちおいらのこと好きなのかも♪ 男性スタッフの方もすごく感じいいですよ。 みなさん本当におすすめですよ～。

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms

The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke good English, always greeting us as we entered and left the building. The rooms were small, as usual in Tokyo, but quite clean and comfortable (with fantastic memory foam mattresses!). The area seemed very safe (as is most of Japan). The hotel was non-smoking, which was great, and had umbrellas available for guests just in case they'd forgotten theirs. My only complaint is that the walls, door, and window were very thin. It was easy to hear people talking and walking along the street from four floors up, and to hear people returning to their rooms through the hallway at night, no matter how quiet they were. This kept me awake for a while one night, but I didn't notice it the other two. Overall, we felt comfortable and well-taken-care-of. Would stay here again for sure.

이나리초역에서 3분거리이고, 숙소는 매일 청소해줘서 좋았어요. 그릇시장인 갓파바시도 걸어서 십분, 우에도역도 걸어서 십분이어서 편리했습니다. 비흡연 투싱글배드는 찾기 힘들어서 모르겠다하면서 구한 숙소였는데 잠만 편히 자고 다니는 여행하시는 분은 편해요. 비주얼은 없지만요.
