It was a good place, I really enjoyed it and I think I will be going back again. This hotel has everything you need for a good stay. I was there with my two teenagers and they really loved that place. The only complaint was that during our stay they never came to clean our room.

A quick walk from Asakusa station made the property great to get around from. Didn't like the fact that breakfast had no variety or that the beds/futons were a little on the harder side compared to others we stayed at.

The room was supposed to be Barrier Free (Accessible) but a small manual wheelchair did not fit between the couch and the wall or the end of the bed and the wall so I could not access even the side of one of the beds without moving furniture. The room is too small for a wheelchair as is the bathroom. The "Roll in shower" and the toilet had a 50mm step and were very difficult to use for a full time wheelchair user, even with doors open. This room may be ok for able bodied people but cannot be considered an Accessible or Barrier Free room.

Me and my family stay here for 7 days and we enjoyed our whole stay here. Free pastries and coffee for breakfast, easy checkin , has passcode to the main gate and our room. Comfortable bed, clean room , good aircon, free toiletries. Very convenient to everything. Near subway station, convenient stores, Sensoji temple, Tokyo skytree and a lot of restaurants and stores. I highly recommend this to everyone. I will come back here again. They communicate to you via email for any questions. Thank you Playsis Asakusa for our wonderful stay in Japan.

The staff never helpful, supposedly need a room where 5 people can stay, the staff said, cannot help you you cancel this one then go back to expedia and book another, which i did, expedia said playsis is all taken i am GLAD i didn’t cancel my booking at playsis, 5th friend decided to leave… Staff never offer anything or recommend another hotel, staff needs to know to suggest or recommend something during this critical period

The room was very stuffy and not pleasant to stay in. The beds were extremely hard and you could feel the springs through. The breakfast was very disappointing. 3 slices of 3-4 cm thick bread and that was it. There was no cutlery, so we had to go out and buy it ourselves. Can only be used for a single night.

家族5人で宿泊しました。値段相応の必要な設備はすべてあり、個人的に満足でした。小学生と中学生の子供も二段ベッドで喜んでいました。特に5人で一つの部屋で宿泊できる場所が少ないので、このような宿泊先はありがたいと思います。

Property is very well located and was very clean. Accessible room is very small and impossible to get around past the beds even for a small manual wheelchair. Bathroom was also small but quite usable. No front desk or reception staff at the hotel. All self service with online check in (via camera at the property)

We loved the proximity to Senso-ji Temple and Skytree. Easy to travel to other areas of Tokyo including Ueno, Shibuya and Odaiba. Convenient for Narita Airport. Hotel was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay at Playsis Asakusa again!
