The hotel room was spacious enough for three people, and they kindly set up three single beds. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was generally clean. Despite being on the 5th floor facing the intersection, the noise from the street was surprisingly muted – much quieter than some reviews suggested. While some guests mentioned the staff being indifferent or not engaging in small talk, it's important to understand that this is typical of Japanese service, which tends to be more formal and reserved. The hotel is conveniently located near Kachidoki Station, with bus access to Tokyo Station and Ginza. Both the Oedo Line and metro services in the area are great, as they’re rarely crowded.

It's a newer hotel with very clean rooms. The location is fairly good with a short walk to the subway station. Not too far from HND by taxi, either. The 24-hr coin laundry is also very clean and well maintained. We are only a bit disappointed not seeing Japanese breakfast in the morning.
