The staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms was spacious. Located in a more residential area, so it is a little bit away from the main area. I still would recommend it, but be aware of the little bit of a distance from the main tourist areas.

The actual hotel was nice the room I got was a junior suite so it was bigger.
The junior suite was spacious for a family of four. Food was great. Downsides are there was nothing in the neighbourhood, and staff could hardly communicate in English. Fine if all goes well but troubles if there are issues.
Beautiful view from our room including facilities great stay with you

From the time i gt to the hotel the staff and the room was amazing. It was my husband and daughter first time out of the country and they didnt realize how humble others could be. The staff made sure we were greeted and treared from the day we arrive to the day we left. The rating of a 5 isn't the proper value to give this hotel. I would give them a 9.8 star. Thank you everyone for makkng my husband dream come true.
This hotel was absolutely fantastic. The room was gorgeous. We had a great view and the staff were so friendly and kind and helped whenever we needed to ask questions. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo. The shuttle bus to the local metro station was also a god send. 5/5 ⭐️
I really liked the location (leafy, near Waseda University, away from the hectic activity of Shinjuku, Asakusa, etc., but easy to travel all over Tokyo as well as to and from airports. I also really liked my room: spacious, rather "old school," in a good way. Because of carpeting and upholstery, there are a few stains, but much warmer atmosphere in comparison with modern hotels with hard, easy-to-clean surfaces.

Not worth for money, All though staff was very friendly.
This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel- the last time was back in 2015- and I'm happy to say the service is still just as wonderful. The staff overall are very friendly and welcoming, but I especially want to highlight Santoz and Jimme for their outstanding service. The shuttle is also very convenient , which make this location even better. Everything about our stay was excellent, and we truly appreciate the warm hospitality. we look forward to coming back again.
The hotel was lovely but the staff were very helpful and attentive. They helped us with packages, room questions, organizing a taxi to the airport and anything we needed, really. We would stay again!
