The annex room was a bit outdated and could use more work on cleanliness but it had all the essentials you needed! The room is quite small, it was cramped with a check-in and carry on luggage for 1 person. Location is unbeatable everything is right outside the hotel!!

The location is very good with walking distance to the Shibuya station and shopping mall. There are many bars nearby so it can be a great place to hang out. There are many restaurants nearby as well. Staff are very helpful and help me pick up lost item and contact me immediately. They speak very good English too.
