Very clean room and property. Staff was very polite and helpful. Hotel has excellent access to public transportation and was nicely located for our needs. We stayed in a standard room and it was a little small, but we guess in line with what is common here.

I arrived a couple hours late to check in, but the staff was very helpful. I had some confusion on the subway on how to get to the hotel, and she gave me hand written directions on what stations to take, plus a towel when I came in from the rain. My room was small, but nice, clean and comfortable. The free breakfast every morning was also very good, with lots of options! The hotel itself is close to Shinjuku Station and walking distance from subway stations and other entertainment. I would definitely stay at this location again!

We stayed at Sotetsu for 6 days and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. The location is very convenient with easy access to the train station. I’ve stayed in many hotels, from 5-star to 2-star, and honestly, the only downside for me was that the bed was a little too firm. Other than that, everything was great. Overall, a very pleasant stay and we would definitely stay here again!

Kind and helpful staff, great location, close to the subway and Korea town, many restaurants near by. The Hotel was quiet and comfortable, just the breakfast was a bit monotonous. I can highly recommend this Hotel.

Great stay! Stayed here for two nights before my Mount Fuji trek. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location with easy access to the subway and Tokyo attractions like. Friendly staff and great value. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was definitely bang for your buck. Everything was standard cleanliness and amenities were pretty standard as well. The location was everything for this hotel. Directly next to a subway line, plenty of konbinis nearby, and pretty central to tokyo. Room was on the smaller scale, but for the location and price, well worth it.

The hotel has the perfect location, it is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. On the first floor you can find complementary toiletries and on your floor you will find really nice clean pijamas every night. Amazing place
