This hotel needs a lot of upgrades. It's an older hotel and it feels like it. The rooms are small and smell of mildew. The windows have locks on them so you can't open them for fresh air which the room desperately needs. Had to ask for a room change because the first room smelled heavily of sweat and mildew. The second room smelled of only mildew. It's in a great location though, close to transit, walkable to Tokyo Station, and lots of shopping and dining nearby. It's an okay hotel if you're just sleeping and don't have to stay long. For longer stays, look elsewhere.
10 min walk from Tokyo station, central to a lot of places and public transport. About 40 mins from Disney by train. Washing facilities within the hotel as well. Would recommend.
Great location, walking distance from Tokyo Station. The restaurant served a delicious traditional Japanese breakfast. Tiny room but that's pretty standard in Tokyo.
It was pretty decent but a bit mildew smell in the room, might just be from the heavy rains recently. Really small room for the price but that might be common.
It was exactly what we needed: a place to stay for the night between landing in Japan and traveling to the next prefecture in the morning. The room is tiny but has everyone you need. Staff were lovely, amenities were abundant, and the room was very clean. No complaints!
Great location , 5 mins walk from all the metro stations and 10 mins walk to the toyko station for bus to airport . Room was smaller than other similar properties .

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
The hotel was okay overall, but there were several issues that would keep me from returning.
We stayed for only one night. Check-in was a combination of speaking with the front desk staff and then using a self-service machine to scan our passports and create our room keys. After a long journey, it would have been much nicer to have the check-in process handled completely by the staff rather than having to DIY part of it ourselves.
The room was quite small, even by Japanese standards. I could have overlooked the size, but unfortunately, the room had a noticeable damp smell, the floors felt somewhat wet, and we experienced what felt like dust allergies throughout the night. The bathroom also had an unpleasant sewage-like odor, which made the stay uncomfortable.
We were told that the tap water was safe to drink, but refilling a larger water bottle or container from the bathroom sink was difficult. Every other hotel we stayed at in Tokyo had a designated water station, so having one here would have been a welcome addition.
Another issue is that the property only has two elevators. During busy periods, this can result in significant waits. We returned to the hotel around 10:30 PM and waited approximately 10 minutes just for an elevator.
The hotel’s biggest advantage is definitely its location, which is very convenient. However, given the room conditions, bathroom odor, check-in experience, and limited elevator capacity, I don’t think I would stay here again unless some improve
Great location, but fairly small rooms. Lobby is a bit small and got a bit taken-over by luggage storage at times, but staff was good and breakfast was strong. Having different breakfast options was a big plus.
First hotel ever in Japan and it was very well kept, rooms were small but still very nice for the price. The location was amazing and super easy to traverse. The staff was really nice to have kept our luggage until we were ready to check in.
