I really loved this hotel because of its charm. The staff was very helpful, patient and friendly. I love the complimentary morning breakfasts. There were so many pleasant touches including robes and pajamas. The room was clean and just the right size for us. Location was excellent being a couple of blocks from a major terminal accessing buses and subway. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Nice room and super helpful staff. The room was more spacious than I expected, and the bathroom amenities were top-notch. I couldn't believe all the minibar items were included as well. It seems to be one of the best values in Kinshicho.

Amazing hotel. Cannot recommend enough. Very baby friendly, had every amenity that we needed and could order to the room via tablet. We stayed in the basic room and it was a great size, very clean and modern. Staff were super friendly, especially Leo on the front desk, he was very helpful with directions and recommendations for day trips and were to do. Overall brilliant stay.

Excellent location close to retail locations, restaurant, train and bus station. Can access directly from Haneda via Airport Limousine Bus and Narita Express via a short taxi ride to/from Tokyo Station. Service is excellent and room is comfortably sized by Japanese standards. Bathroom is fantastic. Modern. Would stay again.
