We really love this spot. It has a cafe down stairs, there are 3-4 convenience stores that are walking distance, less than 5 minute walk. This spot is just overall really good and quiet.

This was one of the most convenient hotels we stayed in. It's super close to the Akihabara jr station. And it was one of the only hotels where the staff all spoke English. I would recommend this if you do not speak any Japanese whatsoever. However we find that it lacking in the Japanese hospitality. It just feels like any hotel you could stay in, any country. It's got no soul.

If we can have separate toothpaste and toothbrush pick up that would be great. The toothpaste is too small of a portion and we have to waste a toothbrush almost everyday just for the toothpaste

Close-ish to the jr station and the Ginza line. Definitely on the quieter side of Akihabara. Wasn't the cleanest...lots of hair and random detritus on the bed platform and window ledge. Internet/wifi speed is mediocre. Other than that, the room layout is actually quite good. Very functional and usable floor plan...lots of room to place your suitcase.

Quietly tucked away from the hustle and bustle which is not too far away from the walk and pretty close to a pretty major train station that can connect you through the rest of Tokyo. Favorite thing is that the staff are super friendly and was helpful throughout our stay. Bonus that they have English speaking stay. Painless and was perfect for what we were looking for which was to have all the basic amenities and friendly service!

Good experience. Location: Around 10mins walk from AKIHABARA JR station and 5-7mins from another train station. Close to 2 convenience stores. Quite nice. Staff: Nice and helpful. Can speak and understand English. Facilities: 4 washing machine and clothes dryer on the 2/F. I see that vending and ice machine is also located in the same room. Other comments: - If the hotel can provide some more trash bags for the 2 small trash bins in toilet with the towel daily, not only 1 trash bag for the room’s trash bin, would be much better. - It would be appreciated if there are also more hooks for clothes hanging in the room. Although there is 3 in the rooms, they are placed very close next to each other. So there is no enough space to hang more than 3 clothes. - it would be more environmental friendly if the tooth brush and toothpaste are packed separately. The size of one toothpaste is so small that only can be used for 1 times. Opening of another pack of tooth brush and toothpaste as they are packed together. It is a waste of the tooth brush, which can be reused. Food and coffee: Haven’t tried. No comment. But look nice. In short, the hotel is good.

Comfortable hotel to stay in with cozy rooms and helpful staff. About 10mins walk from Akihabara Station and main Akihabara area Main downside (and the reason for a low score) is the soundproofing between the floors. You can hear the upstairs room people walking around in the room
