They have centralised heating during our stay. there was no AC and all you could do is opening the window for some fresh air. however due to its location it was really noisy, the two night stay are absolutely horrible. and the light in my room is making it even warmer, we have to switch off the lights to keep the room temperature low. the room has visible dust wasnt spotless clean. The room is super tiny, and i dont think it is the room type i have booked. the size just doesnt seems right. this is by far our worst stay ever in Tokyo.

荷物の預かりをしますと言われ、札と交換に荷物を預けたが、受け取りの際に、全く自分のスーツケースと違う安価なものを持ってこられ、自分のものではないと伝えたが、対応しようとせず、スーツのブランド名、色を伝えたところやっと対応しました。 国内で初めてスーツケースがホテルによって紛失されるのではと不安になった。 ホテルのドアも、何度も間違う人？客層が悪いのか、数回ドアノブを回され怖かった。宿泊客以外もフロアに入れるので、しっかり施錠、防犯した方が良い。 一階フロント前にソファがあるが、海外客が占拠しており、チェックイン前についても、ホテルの外の道路で立って待つほかない。 設備は最低限だが普通に清潔で不足ない。バスタブはない。
