Clean and very quiet. Convenient Stores, Grocery Stores and Trains within 2 blocks. Best part the Tokyo Tower and super helpful stuff.

The hotel has many good things and many bad. The building has a very nice entrance, but instead they had you enter though the garage. The reception office was a dirty closet with a laptop. The showers had mold and were very, very small. The toilet areas were so small that using them was very difficult. And the mattresses were very uncomfortable. Having all that said, the actual cubicle seemed clean and had working USB charging ports and ac outlets with a nice shelf. The location of the facility was fantastic. Very close to the Tokyo Tower and the subway. Lots of parking nearby. The staff was kind but there is no one to help you if you need something after hours. I would not stay here again because there are so many other choices in the area.

입구가 찾기 어렵다. 이 쯤인데? 하는 곳에 있다. 블라인드 사이로 불빛이 새어들어오고,완전히 가려지지 않는다. 샤워와 짐보관 등 청결, 스태프도 친절. 중국인 관광객들이 일상생활하듯 자기네들끼리 떠들다 조용해졌다 싶으니 코 골아서 정말 불편했다.

施設側の不手際なのか、宿泊者のミスなのかわかりませんが、私が使用予定だったベッドに人がいて泊まれませんでした。 深夜の到着だったため、対応してくれるスタッフもおらず、自力で別のホテルを探しました。 深夜帯にセルフでチェックインされる方はフロントがないのでこういったトラブルに巻き込まれる可能性があります。

安くて快適

駅から近く清潔で快適です。 ドアの解錠にパスコードが必要なのですが、到着しているのにパスコード記載のメールが届かなかったです。ドア前でガチャガチャやってると気づいて開けてもらえます。

安くて快適、閑散期ならオススメ

館内は清潔でセキュリティもしっかりしており、安心して滞在できました。 難を言えばシャワーブース内が狭いのと居住空間の仕切りがベニヤ板なので些細な音も筒抜けです。 空いてるので良かったですが人が多いと寝返りの物音さえ聞こえてきそうです。

Great price and accommodation

I was really surprised to find this place for the price that I did right in Azabujuban. Everything was clean and modern and the staff were incredibly friendly and nice. The bathtub could have used an update perhaps but the staff was kind enough to help me draw the bath. I would recommend it to anyone going to Tokyo on a budget- there's a couple of great grocery stores nearby as well, and you can cook there.

コスパは良くないと思いました。 良かった点 駅から近く、キャリーケースが入る大きさのロッカーがあります。 エレベーターや部屋に暗証番号がありセキュリティーがしっかりしています。 悪い点 エクスペディアには特に記載ありませんがバスタオルが有料になります。 トイレもシャワーもすごく狭いです。 洗面所がベッドルームと同じ部屋なので23時から6時までドライヤーが使えません。その分、6時になると話し声や物音がすごくてゆっくり眠れませんでした。

とても快適でした！

受付の方がとても親切で助かりました。 赤羽橋駅から近く麻布十番、東京タワーも近く立地はとても良いです！ ただ、ホテルの看板が小さくて薄暗くなる時間に迷うと少々焦ります… トイレもシャワー室も清潔感があり宿泊スペースも充分で問題ありません。23時過ぎてもドライヤーやシャワー室を使っている方がいたのは残念でしたがWi-Fi環境も整っていて格安に泊まれ大満足です。 機会があれば是非また利用したいです！

I got the top bunk in the all women dorm. Place was really clean and I am lucky to have my baggage locker right beside my bed. Baggage locker fits. 24” bag comfortably with additional space for a backpack on top. Only thing was that it can get a little hot at night for me as air conditioning was not that cold.

清潔感のあるベッドです。シャワーが23時〜6時まで使用できませんが、壁が薄いため防音上仕方がありません。タオルの貸し出しなどあり、値段相応と思います。

清潔で、よかった。 スタッフも親切。 街で遊ぶには不便かも。 最寄り駅までや交通機関のインフォメーションがあるとよかった。スマホでも調べられるが、地の利がないと、方角などわかりにくいので。 壁が薄いので、音が響いたのが気になった。
