冷暖房

古いホテルみたいですが、リニューアルされていて古さは感じません。 ナイトテーブル、ウォッシュレット、ＴＶは新しい機器です。 メイン道路側に面した部屋なので圧迫感もなく良い部屋でした。 残念なのは、冷暖房の温度調整が出来ずに風量調節のみ。暖房を切っても夜は暑く寝づらかったですね。

お部屋の広さ、清潔さ、バスタブの広さ、アメニティーの充実さ。。。どれをとってもおすすめです。 駅から医大の周りをぐるっと回らないといけないのですが、駅からは5分の近さで東京からも池袋からも近くてお勧めです。

御茶ノ水駅から徒歩5分程度。 外国人宿泊者も多かった。 建物は比較的古く、ドアが鍵で開けるタイプだった。 ユニットバスは、明るく清潔感あり。浴槽は浅く広くの欧米式。 狭い印象はない。 部屋は広め。ベットが硬めのスプリングで、疲れない。 エアコンは温度は集中管理で変えられないが、強弱の調整は可能。 加湿器常設。 少し廊下の話し声が響く以外、問題ない。

ビジネスでの利用ではリーズナブルで満足感有！

交通の便が比較的よい。近隣は静かだが、コンビニ（ファミリーマート）がすぐそばにあり便利だった。Wifiの接続が不安定な点、部屋にあるボットが小さい（大盛カップ焼きそばの器に少し足りない）点が少し残念ではあったが、部屋は比較的清潔でゆとりがあり、総合的には満足した。

駅から徒歩5分くらいです。駅前ではないので夜は静かです。建物は古いですが部屋は広く、リフォームされているので部屋も浴室もきれいです。 夜はホテル周辺に開いているレストランはあまりないです。

東京のホテルの穴場

御茶ノ水駅より少し歩くことになるが、部屋は広く、装備品も充実。値段以上の価値があると思う。JR御茶ノ水駅はエレベーター、エスカレーターが無いことに注意が必要。
