Overall great. In room washer/dryer a major plus. Staff and cleaning staff were as usual professional and nice. The only room for improvement (still the same as I’ve stayed here multiple times) is that the carpet and walls tend to have stains or marks.

Room looked very different in photos on line. Looked to have beautiful foyer and bar. Foyer was small and bar was closed due to an event. Room comfortable enough, and washer dryer handy, but a little dated and did not match the vibe they give in the advertising.

Great location!!

This was our first time to visit Japan. The hotel Tokyo Stay Ginza was very nice and clean. Plus, the room had lots of amenities, like a small kitchen, washer and dryer, microwave and coffee maker. Plus, the hotel offered a buffet breakfast, which was excellent, and the hotel is very close to the train station. I would definitely stay here again.
