Great location, very close to the Shimbashi Station. The room is clean and it has great amenities. Excellent shower and bathroom products. They have hair styling accessories that you can borrow from the front desk.

The room was fine, amenities were good and washing machine was very handy but the hotel ad said "family friendly" and we were told that kids were welcome but only found out at check-in that cots were not available and safety guard rails were in limited supply. The breakfast buffet was also decent but again, no baby chairs were available so it was difficult having breakfast with a baby in tow. Another guest had their child squirming on their lap! Good hotel so long as you are not travelling with small children.

Location was excellent - within 5-10 min walk to Shimbashi station. There are many convenience stores, restaurants and bars closeby. Plus side - area is not as busy as places like Shinjuku, Shibuya and Asakusa. Some may find it a little "seedier" than other neighborhoods frequented by travelers but if you come from a big city, it should not feel seedy at all. It definitely felt safer than the equivalent neighborhood back home in Canada. The hotel itself is pretty barebones but comfortable. I enjoyed the free coffee/tea in the lobby, and the concierge was friendly and helpful. The ensuite washer/dryer was incredibly useful. I strongly disliked the bed linens.

The rooms are as dense with amenities as possible, there's just enough room for everything EXCEPT your luggage. Both me and a friend were having pretty bad allergies inside, especially inside the bathroom?? it got better with the heater off and the windows open. Beds are pretty stiff if you like that. Can't comment on breakfast
